
Amanda Mei

Amanda Mei is a Master of Arts candidate at the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), with concentrations in General International Relations and International Economics. Her research interests include US-Asia relations, China’s rise and development, environment, climate change, and more. Previously, Amanda worked at the East-West Center in DC, Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, Environmental Law Institute, and theCarnegie-Tsinghua Center for Global Policy. She graduated from Yale University in 2018 with a B.A. in Environmental Studies, where she conducted senior thesis research on the environmental sustainability of intentional communities in the United States.
